Nvidia, which wants to take the graphics card competition to the next level, has accelerated its work for its next generation architecture. The technical specifications of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 50 family, which will come with DisplayPort 2.1, have leaked. Here are the details…

Compared to N5 (the 5nm variant optimized for NVIDIA), 3nm technology offers a 25 to 30 percent reduction in power consumption and an additional 10 to 15 percent performance advantage per transistor. The 3nm technology, however, will offer a 1.7x increase in transistor density over its predecessor.

Nvidia’s HPC/AI-focused “Blackwell” architecture is expected to utilize TSMC’s 3nm technology, along with the latest HBM3e memory solutions. It is among the claims that the game-oriented RTX 50 series will be offered to users with GDDR7 memory.
